Good morning guys 🙂 This morning started off with a run, followed by a quick session of the yoga moves that I mentioned yesterday. I felt great afterwards – the yoga really opened me up.
After that, I had this refreshing breakfast – a lemon non-fat Chobani greek yogurt with about 10 previously frozen organic raspberries. The combination was very tart, not sweet at all. It was really nice for a hot summer day!
