If yesterday was a super-hungry day, today is a super-stuffed day! I upped my food intake a little bit today but maybe did too much.
Lunch included a cup of creamy tomato sup, a slice of cheese, crackers, and a ton of grapes (many more than pictured). I think the soup was a bit too heavy, I thought it would be more tomato-y but the emphasis was definitely more on the creamier side. Maybe just a bit much for July.
It feels great to have my workout done for the day, so there is none of this…
