Good afternoon! This morning I was still feeling pretty sore from my first ever spinning class yesterday, but I wanted to do something to keep myself in the habit of working out in the a.m. Of course, it didn’t help that I woke up way late despite going to bed really early. I decided I’d just go for a walk to loosen up my tight thighs… then, once I started walking for 15 minutes, I felt like running. I did 2 miles before I had to start getting ready for work. Not much, but every bit counts!
